Booking Confirmation & Deposit Policy

To secure your transport booking, a deposit payment may be required upon confirmation.

Once availability and fare are confirmed, our team will provide a payment link or PayNow details. Bookings are only considered confirmed after the deposit has been received.

Deposit terms:

• Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup time.

• For cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance, the deposit may be transferred to a future booking.

• In the event that Motorance is unable to fulfil the booking, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Remaining balance is payable upon completion of the trip via cash, PayNow, or other agreed payment methods.
